Manage related contracts and various administrative processes.• Initiated, on-boarded, and lead a road safety Compliance Team that ultimately became responsible for group landside road safety regulatory and compliance operations.

Operational management accountability for automated 18,700 square meter cross-dock distribution centre for high profile retail client. Led operational team in performing receiving, inventory, picking, packing, quality assurance, shipping, returns, security, and facility management/administration.

Managed thousands of dollars in annual travel expenditures and performance incentive fees for occupational health and safety targets. Supervised seven line-reports daily and enforced company policies/procedures with up to 315 staff. Created business development strategies and planned future operational response to contractual statement of work.

Managed provision of all on-camp transport services, central fleet dispatching for client’s supplied equipment and rental vehicle supplement, and procurement of vehicles and equipment from standing offers and other rental contracts. Played critical role in planning, managing, and executing 36-road tanker fleet operation, tendering process through commissioning. Controlled operating budget of USD 1.5 million and supervised, trained, and mentored 70 staff.

Started as a Motor Transport Operator employed in the general-purpose vehicle section where the movement of passengers and cargo was the primary duty. Drove and performed maintenance on more complicated heavy equipment, such as, road graders, 50T cranes and assorted vehicles pertaining to snow & ice removal and aircraft refueling. In the course of discharging duties, I assumed progressively more responsible supervisory positions. My final tour of duty found me with the United Nations in Cambodia as the Operations Supervisor. This position required me to develop and implement maintenance plans, dispatch vehicles and assign staff to various positions, and compile numerous expenditure reports. This assignment led me into my position with Shell.
