Senior Professional Engineer now working out of Madison, MS and Memphis, Tn offices for Earthcon Consultants, Inc. primarily to work on environmental remediation projects focused in south eastern United States as well as US and Canada. Working on several petroleum , chlorinated solvent sites, and planning to implement large ISCO treatment project for wood treatment site in MS in October or November and perhaps small scale innovative project at PCP site in WS soon. Recently completed two months working in Stockton California at former scrap metal facility which is being restored to previous background condition. Senior Professional Engineer initially in Tallahassee and then in Pensacola office. Investigated, designed, installed and operated remedial actions at dozens of petroleum sites. Designs implemented included first use of ISCO (Cool-Ox) in NW Florida for sites with saturated soil and free phased product, very high vacuum MPE systems, AS/SVE, pump and treat, PerOzone, ISOC, Large Diameter Auger excavations, tank and source area excavations, etc at dozens of petroleum sites with difficult conditions and limited remedial options unless you combined the right ones for a specific site.

Worked in a variety of position in the Division of Waste Management and for two years with the Drinking Water Secition. Was engineer responsible for assessment, review and implementation of hundreds (thousands perhaps) tasks related to the initial implementation of Remediation of Hazardous Waste Cleanups. Was FDER/FDEP onsite engineer at dozens of hazardous waste cleanup sites and initial petroleum and dry cleaner sites. Progressed up with years of experience and indrustry training. Helped set up and perform professional duties for FDER and later FDEP for variety of petroleum, dry cleaner and othe haz waste sites. Promoted the development of the revisions to the Soil Treatment Rule which ended with the promulgation of the Contaminant Cleanup Target Levels Rule (Chapter 62-770, F.A.C.). Initial FDEP Innovative Technologies Coordinator and active participant for FDEP with ITRC promoting understanding and implementation of innovative technogies across the US.
