PA Lead:- Lead PA consisting of a number of product & operations Leads dedicated to a specific major Product Area (incl. UGC). - Lead strategy and vision in all areas pertaining to the work of the PA.- Analyze policy and legal challenges facing technology platforms and the PA in particular.- Advise Product and Engineering teams on risks related to Legal/T&S for new product and feature launches + collaborate on scalable mitigation strategies. - Develop, launch, enforce scalable policies & processes for legal content removal requests relevant to the PA.- Serve as strategic liaison to cross-functional stakeholders (incl. Legal, Public Policy, T&S, Engineering).- Support PA in the responsibilities listed below.

- Lead specific regional markets as well as specific product areas in all of the below.- Respond to various types of legal removal requests (e.g. GDPR, Privacy, Defamation, DMCA etc.).- Lead and resolve high-profile legal policy escalations.- Balance legal rights with principles such as public interest and freedom of speech. - Lead implementation of scalable processes meeting new content moderation regulations' requirements.- Partner with technical teams to drive and coordinate development & maintenance of content removal tools.- Meet with external regulators and present review processes and principles.- Outsource operations to vendor projects (incl. policy creation, documentation and quality).- Launch projects working cross-functionally to refine existing review processes.- Create and maintain Knowledge Bases (documentation).- Lead operations of outsourced projects and flows.- Collaborate on regulatory investigations and inquiries pertaining to legal content removal practices.- Make data-driven decisions (SQL).- Manage Temp resources working on (a subset of) the above.
