Weekly review of operations with Operations Manager and his team to ensure KPIs, SLAs and other key metrics are successfully achieved.6. Support operation team's improvement programs and projects to improve operation efficiency and delivery quality.7. Review the financial status of the project in the current month, forecast the revenue and costs in the next month and beyond, and ensure the financial status of the project is under control.Client relationship management includes - 1. Close communication with clients from C levels to manager level and responding positively to all quality and service enquiries/requirements from clients3. Discussing and identifying changes with clients, including process changes, system changes, business changes, organization & personnel changes, etc., and working with responsible departments to execute changes.4. Cooperate with clients on process improvement and implementation, track the implementation progress and report regularly.5.
