Senior Vice President, Retail State Director – Michigan East & Ohio Lead all aspects of retail sales, service, and digital transformation for 10 districts of 120 branch locations in Michigan and Ohio. • Focus on new customer and account acquisition growth, relationship deepening, deposit growth, small business banking, consumer lending, residential lending, wealth management and treasury management referrals.• Partner closely with the retail leadership team to refine the new branch operating model and retail strategy, by using best practices and tools from previous integration experience and retail playbooks, including the introduction of new business lines (consumer lending, wealth management and business banking to the legacy TCF team) and partnerships.• Develop and continue to review the geographic restructuring plan for the South East Michigan combined team, creating new district alignments and leadership based on market opportunity. Used previous experience and knowledge of the market to analyze and execute branch consolidation and cost savings efforts for the most recent merger of TCF & Chemical Bank. • Prepared the team to successfully execute a complex core conversion to a new operating system by building a communication process and internal mentorship model, and providing the team with tools, support, and guidance necessary for a successful integration. • Continue to Inspire and lead two unique teams, legacy TCF and Chemical to align with a common purpose and mission to deliver on the power of the new combined organization. Accomplished this alignment by leveraging and influencing the key resources and partnerships from both teams to build consensus and unity.

Oversaw all aspects of retail sales, service, and digital transformation for 9 regions with 100 branch locations in Michigan and Ohio.• Grew deposits 208% and small business loans 101% to plan after first full year of integration. Also exceeded goals in the following deposit sales campaigns; Small Business Checking, 105%, Spring CD Campaign 106%, Fall CD Campaign 114%. • Introduced and led a new mission, purpose, and culture of inclusiveness to integrate a diverse number of teams and associates during the bank merger of equals. Worked closely with the culture integration team to introduce a new mission/vision statement and core values to the entire organization as a member of the senior leadership team. Helped drive buy in, excitement and a new focus on greater team engagement. • Played an important role and influenced future direction of the combined organization by leveraging past organizational experience and expertise as part of the conversion and integration team to the new FIS platform. Used leadership skills to build consensus and work through challenging conversion related obstacles.• Developed and executed a new relationship sales model for the branch teams.
