Helped drive buy in, excitement and a new focus on greater team engagement. • Played an important role and influenced future direction of the combined organization by leveraging past organizational experience and expertise as part of the conversion and integration team to the new FIS platform. Used leadership skills to build consensus and work through challenging conversion related obstacles.• Developed and executed a new relationship sales model for the branch teams.
