With over 15 years of experience in project and transformation management, I have a passion for delivering innovative and impactful solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of public sector services. I have a strong background in process improvement, mentoring, and project delivery, as well as a Lean Certification. I am currently working as a PMO Business Manager at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, where I am working on the ADAPT+ Programme as part of the Digital Aspirants Plus Programme.In my current role, I am responsible for the EPR procurement, Outline Business Case tracking, and the development of the PMO function for the programme. I also work with SystmOne Design Teams as part of an optimisation programme and development of an OpenEHR platform for use in the Trust. I am involved in the development of contracts with agencies and management of the programme budget. Additionally. I enjoy combining my professional skills and personal interests to create positive outcomes for the people I work with.Prior to this I have worked across a range of public sector organisations including 11 years with Essex Police in project management working on force wide change projects and large scale operations. During this role I was awarded two Chief Constable Commendations.
