 Instructional systems designer and Emergency Management (EM) subject matter expert for ARA with nineteen years’ experience serving as a USAF Active Duty Emergency Manger. Positions included instructor, course writer, supervisor, and Nuclear Response Task Force member.  Provides EM education and training products and support to Air Force Office of The Civil Engineer; Major Command Civil Engineers; Base Civil Engineers; Civil Engineer Readiness and EM Flight; installation populace and the EM Civilian, Officer & Enlisted Career Fields. Duties directly support the Air Force Emergency Management program implementation at all levels of command from base civilian and dependent population to Headquarters USAF. Provides “cradle-to-grave” development of training products required by the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Emergency Management Directorate. Developed Air Force-wide web- and paper-based training products to fill educational training requirements identified by the USAF Emergency Management Directorate. Oversaw the status, content, and testing material development of a 53-day academic curriculum for the USAF Emergency Management School, simultaneously worked by five geographically separated instructional designers.
