Hi,My name is Thomas Edwards and I am a 26 year old football coach from London, England. I currently work for Millwall Football Club on various coaching projects including academy sessions or community based work we do in the local communities. This includes a range of diverse sport focused encounters with young people, both male and female athletes. I have around 5 years experience coaching a female exclusive group aged between 14-19+ that has been my pride and joy since the first session I took with the group. I have vast experience working with those between the ages of 8 years of age all the way past 19+. I also have experience working with our Lions Downs Syndrome team as well as participants with autism and a variety of other young people who fall under the support structures needed to maintain  strong mental health. I have been involved in soccer my whole life and I have been coaching for 8 years now starting out as a volunteer and have worked my way through the ranks at this football club to be held to a highly respected and professional standard seen by my peers but also the young people I engage with every single day.
