On Client site at Jacobs, I am part of a Client Service Team, managing Client’s UK Contingent Workforce. Building Client and Supplier relationships, administering end to end hiring process, using Agile.1’s VMS technology, Acceleration and a carefully selected PSL to provide quality workers and maintaining a 100% fill rate.

The distribution and monitoring of new permanent, temporary or fixed term contract roles across the UK. Building a strong relationship with candidates and liaising with clients of the company and local branches in the sourcing of potential employment opportunities.This role demands a great attention to detail at various points throughout the working day. It is a working environment which is regularly fast paced and entails a great element of thinking on one's feet in order to solve problems, which reflect on the company's profile.Key duties would ordinarily include the distribution and management of new permanent, temporary or fixed- term contract jobs across the UK. Liaising with clients of the company, branches and potential candidates in the sourcing of new employment opportunities is also essential with project and client process management being a large part of this job. A keen awareness of language in email conversations and a polite and professional telephone manner to ensure the maintenance of Manpower's Business, current and upcoming, is of great interest. Other duties would include; • Pre-Screening potential candidates. • Delivering feedback to candidates who have been successful or unsuccessful. • Sourcing candidates suitable for outstanding job roles via Ad Courier• Relaying feedback to the relevant Manpower branches.
