This internship is completing my second Master degree in Management and help me to execute my dual skill as engineer and manager. Indeed I first help the organization to caracterize and diagnosis the main export sectors that concerned the followed farmers from all over our countries of actions. From the possibilities and needs found through the diagnosis we will detailled the strategic position of the NGO and start implementing new innovative project with private companies abroad. Those new projects will all follow our position through Fairtrade and Organic certification but also with responsible and sustainable sourcing.A lot of crops are concerned but not only in food market because family farming also produce raw and transformed materials interesting for cosmetic and perfumes markets.

This internship was about an institutional analysis of the dairy industry in Gujarat, India. It was made for a research program (IndiaMilk) carried out by the GloFoods project (http://www.glofoods.inra.fr/) and also based on agrarian diagnoses carried out in the different zones (4 districts studied).With 5 months on the ground in Gujarat the aim was to understand the access to the market provided by cooperatives through their governance, the services provided and conditions of access (price, volume, quality, seasonality). It have permitted to inform the questions of inclusiveness and improvement of the conditions of access to the market for the producers in their diversity. These questions were fed by a first-line study in order to understand the different business models that emerged from cooperatives. Coupled with a financial and economic analysis (Value Added), the supply-chain analysis has made it possible to bring out the different models and the resulting market structure. Issues of inclusiveness were informed by an institutional approach (in the sense of JR Commons) to understand the development of formal and informal rules and their articulation within and between organizations.This study therefore went through an understanding of the services put in place by the cooperatives, animal feeding accounting for the majority of producers' production costs, and taking a central place in the problems. Thus concentrated foods and their intake of protein and fat by-pass held a central place as well as artificial inseminations, veterinary care and so on.Besides fieldwork pushed in autonomy this internship enabled me to acquire many skills in economic analysis but also services related to the breeding and development of indigeneous poor people.An English version of the report is available by e-mail if required.

Collective work done for the ARDEAR of Limousin that aimed a service offering extension to better reach and help young farmer, newly settled. Agrarian system analysis and study of the installation historic to finally recommand new services.

Passionnate by wine since a while, this student job helped me to improve my knowledge about oenology, winery method and to discovered new skills : marketing, sale point's management, counsel...I also developed new knowledges about other spirits and fine delicatessen products.

Agrarian diagnosis is a systemic method of agrarian system analysis that helped to have a clear vision of agricultural territory. Composed of a geo and topography analysis, technical and economical analysis that finally define Production System of the area and needs attached.

Working in a vanilla plantation in Tahiti, I was able to participate in all stages of production, from farm work with manual pollination to the various stages of drying and packaging.This internship was an enriching experience, enabling me to understand the realities of agricultural working conditions. I also had the chance to participate in promotions events of Tahitian Vanilla, which is being certified PDO, through the presentation of products and promotionl event.
