In my role as CLO, I introduced policies, programs and technology solutions that mobilized the enterprise as a learning environment to accelerate the development of PwC’s partners and staff. Notable achievements include:• developing a team-based learning framework with a philosophy, mindset and reusable routines designed to accelerate development and advance trust and collaboration while at work; • redesigning the US onboarding approach, which has become the world-wide standard for the PwC global network of firms;• establishing the Evaluations and Assessment team to introduce the use of predicative analytics, impact studies and testing;• introducing a course test out option to better target learning investments for our people and the firm; • establishing the Educational Methods team to advance faculty development and instructional design across a range of modalities;• establishing the Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence.

In this role, I co-led PwC University for Partners, a critical post-merger integration initiative designed to advance firm culture, build trust and create a greater sense of partnership. I also redesigned the Assurance business curricula and introduced behavior-based programs to advance intellectual curiosity, leadership, independence, skepticism, conviction and a willingness to consult. In addition, I introduced experiential learning with a significant focus on the use of metaphor in learning (i.e. investigating reporting, archeological digs, NASCAR pit crew, judo, improvisational theater).

In this role, I developed the learning strategy for Global Advisory Services. I also led the design, development and implementation of a new integrated curriculum that served 11 specialty consulting practices in six certification areas. The curriculum focused on deepening technical, core consulting, relationship building and business skills.

In this role, I oversaw sector operations, which included administration, finance, human capital and technology. In addition, I consulted private sector clients on advancing relationships and led the sourcing and talent management of a 400 million dollar business, including measurement, reward and recognition, staff performance management and partner review process. In July 1998, I was admitted to the partnership.

In this role, I led the design and introduction of national industry sector education across 16 sectors.

In this role, I served both public and private clients in the telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing industries.
