As a Continuous Improvement Associate at Hubbell Incorporated, I lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements across various operations and functions. Hubbell is a leading manufacturer of electrical and lighting products that creates a more connected and sustainable world.I apply my project planning and management skills, as well as my critical thinking skills, to analyze data, identify root causes, and propose solutions to complex problems. I use tools and methodologies such as value stream mapping, world class manufacturing, SMED, and 5S to optimize processes and eliminate waste. I also coach and train other employees on continuous improvement principles and practices. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I value collaboration, diversity, and excellence in my work.
