• Prepared 125 preliminary hearings. Represented the Commonwealth in 45 preliminary hearings. Charges included possession with intent to distribute, knowing and intentional possession of a controlled substance, and retail theft. • Prepared 552 municipal court trials; conducted 19 trials; conducted 56 stipulated trials; argued 31 motions. Charges included knowing and intentional possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, prostitution, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and retail theft. • Wrote a response to a Motion to Quash Return of Transcript/Habeas Corpus and a response to a Motion to Sever on a case involving the attempted murder of a police officer. Both motions were decided in the Commonwealth's favor.

• Conducted preliminary hearings at multiple district courts. Prepared and handled 89 cases during the 2013 summer. Charges included aggravated assault, stalking, DUI, possession with intent to distribute, and retail theft. • Conducted research for and wrote a portion of a response to a Federal Habeas Corpus Petition for a capital murder case.

• Assisted attorneys with a first-degree murder case by writing motions, listening to prison calls, conducting research, and organizing discovery materials. • Conducted research regarding the requirements for a SORNA colloquy under the Adam Walsh Act.• Analyzed a large archive of records to determine whether conduct warranted further investigation for criminal charges.• Inventoried seized assets in order to assist forfeiture proceedings.• Assisted attorney during grand jury proceedings.• Conducted research for attorneys and wrote memoranda summarizing the results as needed.

• Deployed to Iraq from 2008 to 2009. Conducted patrols as a driver, turret gunner, and dismounted infantryman. • Trained Iraqi Army and SWAT teams in urban combat, detainee searches, and vehicle searches.• Promoted to Sergeant in Iraq. Prior to promotion, awarded Army Achievement Medal for personal development.• Assumed the role of fire team leader while in Iraq. Responsible for a three-man fire team and later an eight-man squad. Conducted training operations in support of future deployments. • Assigned the duty of Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in charge of ammunition for a Company. Responsible for tracking and distribution of tens of thousands of rounds of ammunition during Company/Battalion-level training events.• Appointed as Company Schools NCO. Processed all Company schools applications and acted as liaison with Battalion for the entry of soldiers into Army schools.

• Coded an XML interface between FMC servers and a mainframe at Ohio State University Hospital. This interface was part of the dispatching subsystem for the Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) network at the hospital. • Assisted with the construction of the new user interface for the next version of the AGV control system.

• Assisted with the update to current company standards of a legacy application, Investor View. Debugged .dll issues, created new stored procedures, and converted existing inline SQL calls over to stored procedures.

• Coded a data abstraction layer called DLR (Data Location & Retrieval) in VisualBasic.net as a subsystem of an in-house programming framework.
