In addition, I also led some internal initiatives related to innovation.Some of these projects were:1) Digital transformation for a LPG distributor (R$+5 billion in revenue)- In this project, I was responsible for developing the fronts related to agile transformation, organizational structure and company culture, working to identify best practices in the market from in-depth interviews with experts from companies such as Nestlé and iFood, consultations with experts from the Deloitte network and global studies on digital transformation in various sectors. In parallel, we also carry out quantitative and qualitative surveys with the company's C-Level and Top Management to identify areas for improvement and carry out a diagnosis. Based on this information, we built a plan to implement the company's digital transformation.2) Remodeling of an Oil & Gas trading (volume of +USD 20 billion per year)- In this project, I was responsible for fronts related to the trading's corporate and organizational structure, location of offices, operations model and team development. To recommend a new model to the client, we benchmarked 10 of the largest Oil & Gas trading companies in the world through +30 in-depth interviews and open data analysis, in addition to talking to several Deloitte market experts. From all the information obtained we built a new model to improve the company operations by allowing greater agility, efficiency and monitoring by the compliance team.3) Optimization of the corporate structure in the renewable energy sector- This project was of great importance to me as I had the opportunity to lead the team's actions, coordinating the performance of 2 analysts and being responsible for deliveries and presentations to the client. -

To carry out this study, I worked with the analysis of data obtained from the MDIC, WTO and Comtrade and the perception of experts provided by the client to perform the prioritization of 10 products. An export plan was drawn up for each of the products, which was developed from interviews and workshops with professionals from the client, Apex and market specialists. The plans contained the market study made for the products and a go-to-market plan for each one of them, containing various information, such as cost projections, list of initiatives to be executed and roadmap.In the indicators project, I was responsible for carrying out the collection and analysis of data from public sources of information to promote a clear view of the main deficiencies and, later, prioritize the focus of action. With the focus defined, I carried out research to identify practices that other cities/states/countries around the world carried out to improve the indicators and elaborated several recommendations of activities that could be performed by the client. -

Summer InternAmbev Jan 2017 - Feb 2017Regional Rj-EsI worked in the Soft Drinks area (Sales) and my goal was to build up a plan to increase the sale of a specific SKU. At first, I did a Soft Drinks market analysis, then I studied the SKU's specific market. Besides, I also did research with some customers to acknowledge the reason why this product wasn't having good results. From these studies, I developed a commercial plan to persuade the customers to have the product in their stores. With this proposal, I visited some clients to test and receive feedback about it. The new offer brought as an outcome a conversion rate more than twice as big as the standard. Due to the success achieved, I also manufactured sales training and a key customer mapping to be implemented.
