Current• Focus on detail designing from prototype through to production-ready• Developing production packages for production to use• Managing the product approval process through CE and UL certification• Working autonomously on projects end to end within a collaborative environment• Managing production of early-stage prototypes and production runs• Managing design projects, deadlines, focus points etc.• Communicating R&D to the Global Team• Supporting product managers and Sales and Marketing with knowledge of new products• Occasional domestic travel, attendance at trade shows.
