My name is Thomas Floyd and I have completed my undergraduate degree at Deakin University, studying a Bachelor of Sport Development, finishing as top graduate from my year. I am currently in the position of Tournaments Coordinator at Tennis Victoria.My main ambition is to retain and attract people to sport, utilising the many techniques I’ve learnt through my experiences and education. My Bachelors degree has developed my understanding on: internal and external structures within sport organisations, behaviour within organisations, anatomy and physiology, law relating to sport, sport coaching and marketing strategies to benefit companies objectives.I have previously been apart of many major sporting events within a management role, and have also been on the front line for SSO’s to attract and retain participants in sport.
