My roll at BUENO Systems involved:- Analysing critical, and time sensitive insights for mechanical and electrical (HVAC) building systems and equipment - Remotely diagnosing integrated network issues for data upkeep- Customer service support in areas such as data connectivity, and tenant service requests- Locating, and communicating root cause issues.

This role involved working autonomously to install custom aluminium and glass balustrading and screen products. Over the 5 months period working here, I was able to pick up the trade experience required to install custom products on several commercial worksites. Toward the end of my time in New Zealand I helped train a new employee to replace my position.
