Responsibilities:• Analysing complex building and system requirements and develop effective system designs. • Responsible for HVAC designs, heat load calculations, hydronic and duct system design. • Overseeing equipment layout preparation, and calculations ensuring projects are completed on time. • Ensure calculations and specifications are accurate to prevent issues during construction and operation.• Overseeing the design, installation, and technical progress of projects and ensuring compliance with standards.• Assisting with the tender process, review and identify design issues, and evaluate value engineering options.Achievements: • Introduced a tool capable of measuring pressure, refrigeration temperatures, airflow, zone temperature, and humidity, to assess the operational condition of refrigeration systems and optimize strategies, around maintenance and replacement initiatives.• 20% energy savings through the analysis of water flow and the execution of energy optimization measures.• Introduced a technology tool combining a rotary cleaner, vacuum system, and nebulizer machine for cleaning and sanitizing duct lines, resulting in a projected ROI within 2 years.

Responsibilities:• Managed HVAC systems projects from planning to competition and cost control.• Functioned as the main point of contact for clients, communicating technical solutions.• Responsible for 15+ projects over 50 TR in variable refrigerant, condensation water, and chilled water.• Responsible for 30+ assemblies from 1 to 49 TR, variable refrigerant, and water condensation systems.• Liaised with stakeholders in other departments; electrical, manufacturing, commissioning, and refrigeration.Achievements: • Implemented VFDs and hydraulic balancing in condensation water system (220 TR), obtaining energy savings of 30+% at full load. • Implemented an app to monitor services, reports, KPIs, and scheduling technicians on the field.
