At just 16 years old, I ran our entire cattle operation including daily animal husbandry, brood KPI data analysis, and the P&L statements. After law school and several years in litigation, I transitioned into consulting. Since then, my career has been mostly as a consultant and an entrepreneur. I have advised and consulted companies in the qualification and quantification of government funding, tax policy, litigation, and tax audits. Some highlights include serving as a legal strategist for central cases in US R&D law that influenced the updated code and regulations that expanded the qualifications. I have been a catalyst for the growth of multiple startups, leveraging my expertise in understanding market opportunities, crafting compelling value propositions, and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth. I was recruited to a firm that had experienced 5+ years of no growth. The improvements I instituted grew revenue by more than 400% in my first year and by 200%, ($14+m) in revenue in my second year. I excel in optimizing operational efficiencies and building scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth. I have a pragmatic approach to understanding laws, concepts, and policies developing and implementing repeatable processes, and training programs to support scaling them while empowering employees to contribute.
