I have participated in the " Toyota Way Field Book " study, which was an 8 week course. I also have been on four (4) lean project's, where we designed and put into effect. "Scheduling boards" to help to keep our stock at a safe level for customer demands.I have scheduled for the Molding Cell including daily job assignments,and assigned work to the PO2's and PO3's as needed. I do set/ups of molds and aux. equipment, color changes, troubleshooting, and tuning mold processes to standards.

While in the Quality Dept. I used the following tools: Weld Pitch Gages, Dillion Thread Force Gage, Color Chips to verified the color of our product, Digimatic Depth Micrometer,Micromaters: Disc and Spline Micrometers, Toolmakers Microscope, QC Specification drawings: Spec and Defect drawings, Tensile Machine: Dry As Molded and Conditioned, Thread Force Testing, Auto Gun Tool, PPAP Testing, Customer Complaints, Incoming Inspection, Finished Goods Inspection, was also on the committee for bag counts customer complaints. Have taken the following courses at Panduit: Juran Quality Course, Quality Assurance, ISO 14000 and QS 9000 Training, Production Items, Lean Level 1, going for My Recertification for Level 1.

Provide Security for Alert Aircraft and Missiles. Protection of the base from terrorist and attacks from countries not friendly to the USA. Was trained how to handle high jacking of commercial and private planes and not risk the lives of innocent passengers and military personnel. Enforce the Rules and Laws set down by our President and Law Makers for Military Personnel and Civilian population.
