While ensuring our customer gets the service they pay for, out of the administrative and Instructor roles. Also, looking after any needs of the employee. I am transparent with the CFO/COO and the CEO, so they know what is going on at all times. I also continue my instructor position for Builder Core Pipeline NCTC, while being the site lead manager. Certified instructor (NEC 9502), in Concrete & Masonry, Structure Framing, Interior & exterior Finishes (NEC 5907), Tools & Equipment (NEC 5908), Heavy Con I, Heavy Con II, and Powder Actuated tools. As a Technical instructor my responsibilities include Instructing students following the approved curriculum; administer curriculum approved tests; maintain a neat and orderly classroom throughout the course and test students on classroom and lab work. To the turn in complete class package and student throughput sheet. The safety of every student is paramount, while ensuring they acquire the knowledge necessary to achieve NAVY NEC requirements. Manage roles in the student construction process throughout phases of each CIN or project. Developed work breakdown structure (WBS), activity duration estimating, and cost estimating. Ability to work with students to find mutually satisfactory solutions to difficult issues. Senior Instructor that ensures continuity for the school educational/cultural norms while new military instructors rotate via PRD. As a Retired Senior Chief, I am a part of the Chiefs Mess and CPOA of NCTC, and continually involved with the command to ensure Naval Instruction is followed.

Retired Senior Chief Petty Officer and Senior Enlisted Leader and 9502 Instructor with Naval Construction Group One Augment (Reserves). Advisor to the Officer in Charge (OIC). Oversaw and manage the administration, training, operations, logistics, warfare qualifications, medical, intel and mentorship of 125 enlisted instructors by guiding 7 Chief Petty Officers and mentoring 3 Officers in this unit. Our mission for the instructors is to train 6 Naval Mobile Construction Battalions (NMCB), both reserve and active and one Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit (CBMU) approximately 500 personnel per battalion. I work directly with the Active-Duty component of my unit through its Chiefs and Command Master Chief, part of my job includes the following:Evaluate current Curriculum and aid in changes through the Active component and give changes as required or requested through CDMR’s or TTP’s. Oversea the Training Chief and that he Evaluates new and current Instructors to ensure they follow and deliver correct and consistent information and techniques regarding the subject matter given and per the Navy Instructor guide (I.G.) and ensure the students understand at their individual level. Ensuring he is working and tracking and scheduling with the Active Component on all reserve training (RTP) for NMCB 22, NMCB 18, NMCB 25, and NCG-1 Augment Unit. (over 1500 personnel) for the Fiscal Year. Oversea and work with the Operations Chief to ensure all orders for personnel are input into NROWs. This includes all IDT, IDTT, AT, ADT and ADSW orders. This includes personnel requested for RIMPAC and special functions. Making sure all new gains are placed in the correct billet assignment and mentor. All losses must be tracked for separation/ transfer. Track and Modify OSO Budgets as needed and modify unit organizational charts. This is not all but part of my duties required.
