1.Fully responsible for the business profit and loss of Executive Search Team. 2.Independently handle the mandate from client, thorough and in depth communication with clients to understand visible and invisible information about the client and the position. 3.Personally handle executive level hiring positions or strategic hiring. 4.Responsible for the team manpower planning, operation management, performance review, and people development of all team member including team shared researcher, dedicated researcher, associate consultant and main contributor. 5.Design and implement business development and marketing strategies that are consistent with company position and corporate objectives. 6.Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients within the assigned field. 7.Develop and maintain most effective business relationship with other practice team in the company, including RPO business, to achieve the target of co-growing.

1. Keep the good cooperation with exist clients, and responsible for the development/ maintenance and management of new clients;2. Keep closely communication with HR and hiring manager, analyze and clarify client's requirement, collection/research target industry/company information; share the marketing information with client, provide professional analysis and suggestion;3. Search candidates and analyze talent resources market: A).Search candidates via all kinds of channel, provide the professional searching report to client;B).Analyze the talent resources market and communicate with client for trouble shooting by adjusting the recruiting strategy and channel;4. Interview and assess candidate's professional skills/ soft skills/ matching degree/ motivation etc., provide professional recommendation and assessment report;5. Candidate control and management: A).Deeply communicate with candidate and analyze candidate's real needs, provide the well-targeted information to candidate, such as industry/marketing status, client's company and position information etc.;B).Keep warm with candidate; control the candidate's motivation and the potential surprise factor;6. Keep communication with client and candidate, provide related support/ coordination, manage candidate in the whole process, and coordinate with HR for on-boarding related works, such as salary negotiation/ reference check/ candidate care etc.;

1. Responsible for analyzing client's requirements, search/ select the potential candidates, and arrange telephone or face to face interview between candidates and consultant;2. Prepare recommendation report for consultant, arrange interview between client and candidate; provide Searching Report.
