I am an architect with over 35 years of experience in the field of architecture and construction, from design conception to final close-out, in both the public and private sectors.I have worked on a diverse range of building project types which includes; civic, corporate, educational, faith-based, light industrial and recreational facilities, some with multi-million dollar budgets, always obtaining the best value for the client.Through the design-build process and my continuing relationship with a national real estate company as a client for over 25 years, I have met aggressive time tables and financial constraints for more than 75 buildings, totaling in excess of 15 million square feet.I’m truly passionate about my work and I am always eager to learn more about my clients. I enjoy working on projects from conception to the final completion, accepting design challenges through-out the collaborative and creative process. Ultimately the goal is to design a project that the client can take pride in ownership, which meets their needs within budget. The best reward and affirmation of this is when they return as a repeat client.
