I take great pride in solving problems for clients, great and small. Whether this is a small correction to speed up a time-consuming task, up to getting a factory back online, making sure payroll is delivered on time, or ensuring a customer’s product gets to market.This did not happen overnight, and I was fortunate to have some truly great mentors and leaders in my career. My successes are built on learning from these successful people, and taking what is most applicable to the task at hand, and customizing that for the solution. This is accomplished by analyzing data, a long memory for what has failed in the past, and learning what not to do. The draw of technology, and seeing how the simplest of services impacts our day to day lives is fascinating to me. My original career route was more geared towards finance and economics, but somewhere along the way I discovered this passion for translating the world of 0s and 1s into meaningful improvement for others. I still get to rely on these quantitative skills and data analysis, but now those are just the foundation for building great customer success.At the end of the day, I am a man of service, in both my career and personal life. There is a special satisfaction in making someone else’s life easier, and knowing that I contributed to their success. I’ve learned this frequently doesn’t happen on a laptop, in a Zoom meeting, or presenting some slides. Where does this happen-face to face over coffee or favorite beverage, at the 19th hole, or carpooling to a cross town seminar. It’s being in the moment, intentionally nurturing each relationship with a servant heart and mindset that is embedded in each task I approach and conquer. When not hunkered down supporting customers and teammates, I can be (sometimes) found out in the woods running a Spartan OCR race, speeding down a black diamond on my snowboard, or playing 18 with my favorite competition. To date, no one has gotten sick from my cooking, or injured using the furniture I’ve made….yet.
