Utilizing Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to lead an effort to build out an enterprise solution to automate the Invoicing of numerous billing data files received. Leading and Mentoring team members to develop long term solutions with an enterprise-wide mindset when developing new ETL processes to automate the processing of data source files used for billing.Utilizing toolsets we already had access to and to keep it as low code as possible, I created an API to push data to Snowflake using Alteryx, Sharepoint, File Shares, and Power Automate. Primary use case will be to use this in Power BI that connects to Snowflake data and using Power Apps will allow users to update the Snowflake data.

Replaced the COBOL based system that tracks client Licenses to a MS Access front end after a sudden hardware crash and IT unable to get the system back up and running. First version was up and running in less than 3 months to avoid long term affects in revenue.Automated a number of manual billing data file steps using Alteryx. Using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to incorporate many processes into the web environment. Supported the move to SAP Hana S4. Variance Tool was changed to pull data by integrating with Analysis for Office instead of the SAP r/3 which no longer was available in the S4 Hana.

Continued to enhance systems using feedback from users in the Sales, Contract, Billing, Accounting teams. Added functionality to track and report 3rd party vendor information during the licensing and invoicing lifecycle to ensure we were in compliance with 3rd party agreements. Continued to collaborate with billing teams for additional business units to help automate and streamline billing processes.

Created a Variance Tool in MS Access to allow billers to validate month over month invoice and proforma quantities and dollar amounts prior to sending invoices to clients. Integrated to the SAP r/3 API to collect data from SAP and automate the variance calculations to give billers potential issues to research.Continued to collaborate with billing teams to enhance current systems and also look for new opportunities to automate manual work being down by individuals.

Continued to build out 100+ automated reports using the report scheduler database and created a front end in HTML/Javascript/Jquery to allow users to execute on-demand reporting and kick of windows and mainframe based programs within one interface. COBOL invoicing system was replaced by company SAP system. I used MS Access to create an application to automate the movement of invoice data from the legacy quote to cash system to the new SAP application eliminating the need to manually enter the data in SAP. Integrated the COBOL based license tracking system with the MS Access application to prevent manual work in tracking backlog entries and supply leadership with reporting to make financial decisions.

Created an agreement generation application to automate the generation of Proposals and Contracts using Templated MS Excel and MS Word files to give more flexibility to the teams to manage the desired output of documents. Created integrations into the IBM ClearQuest system to allow for better tracking, reporting, and management of distributed software to clients.

Created Hyland Onbase eform workflow processes to streamline the management and tracking of contract requests by the Sales Organization. Developed a custom approval process within the workflow process to make the approver list easier to manage as changes are needed.

Added supporting and learning Hyland Onbase system used for document storage and document workflow processing. Created a report scheduler system using MS Access and Excel to automate the generation of Excel and PDF reports and automatically email them to recipients throughout the organization.

Added functionality to audit seat/workstation based licenses for products sold to clients to ensure compliance, generating an additional 1M+ in revenue annually. Migrated the backend data structure in multiple MS Access tables to Microsoft SQL Databases.

Added the automation of the Proposal and Contract generation process to automate the creation of PDF documents and emails once data is input into systems. Created a Product Audit Database to facilitate the audit client's account volumes and to ensure license compliance, generating an additional 10M+ revenue annually. Added audit of newly opened accounts to allow Billing to accurately invoice clients for multiple products.

Brought on to Support, Design, and Develop Quote to Cash System used by the Premier Banking business unit. Multiple MS Access Databases are used throughout the process but not very well integrated. I began streamlining and enhancing the integration between these multiple Microsoft Access Databases and a COBOL system that tracks client licenses and invoicing to clients to allow for less data entry and better reporting. Responsible for creating and generating reporting on varying frequencies using the data from these systems.
