On the management side I created road maps for change management, implemented security firsts to lay a better foundation to meet growing needs and developed a cohesive team.My previous IT experience set me up for success at AHEAD (previously MBX Systems) where my eyes were opened to the world of manufacturing. I learned the multiple processes to get a solution to market and gained unbelievable practice on product R&D, supply chain management and program strategy.
