I'm an experienced IT systems technician & team leader with an extensive record of success in all aspects of my work, specializing in developing & communicating solid action plans to ensure long-term success, be it either for individuals or massive project efforts within an organization. I have a passion for "getting it right the first time" - experience has taught me that poor communication is a root cause of a large portion of the issues encountered within any organization. Can't help a frustrated user if nobody knows the first thing about their software! Of course, no one can know everything, and I find proactively collaborating with engineers & vendors to ensure communications don't miss anything a crucial part of the process. If they do, though, communicating with these users quickly is just as important as proactively addressing their potential pain points.
