Working for the National Citizen Service (NCS) provided by The Challenge. Involved working with young people aged 15-17, building and maintaining relationships with them and their parents/guardians. Organising and management of events in schools and colleges. Delivering assemblies on both small and large scales, facilitating a variety of sessions including PSHEs catered to the specific needs and requests of the school or college. Selected for the 'Graduate Representative' role due to demonstration of my exceptional abilities to maintain relationships with young people and oversee management of day-to-day use of graduate resources, ensuring proper procedure is followed and paperwork submitted. Appointed as 'Customer Service to Sales Representative' due to my problem solving ability and enhanced skills regarding both oral and written communication. Assisting with training of new starters, particularly regarding Microsoft Excel and the Salesforce database, in which I am incredibly adept.

Promoted to one of the youngest Camp Manager's in the company due to my leadership and organisational qualities. Responsible for leading a team of 6 activity instructor and looking after up to 60 children between the ages of 4-12.I completed daily risks assessments and was the main first aider on site. Also showed excellent communication and relationship skills to ensure parents/guardians felt happy to leave their child with us. Other responsibilities included organising timetables and performance reviews of staff. My camp achieved an "excellent" rating when inspected by the Regional Manager.

Responsible for looking after twelve children aged between the ages of 6-8. Delivered high quality and engaging session on sport, arts and science. Recieved excellent feedback from my camp manager and advised to apply for a managerial role.

Developed excellent customer service skills often serving hundreds of rowdy fans during Six nations games at Twickenham. Time management skills were necessary as I was working and studying for my degree.

Led a team of thirteen teenagers between the ages of 15-17 on a three week challenge and educational programme. Due to receiving outstanding feedback I was offered a permanent role at headquarters after I graduated from my degree.

Placement involved supporting teacher during their sessions. Progressed to planning and deliveering my own sessions to a class of 30 students. Also in charge of after school clubs such as rugby and netball. Also recieved a 1st class grade for my analysis of the education system in my work placement module.
