- Assist in the preparation and review of project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.- Track and monitor project expenses, ensuring they align with budgeted amounts and identifying variances.- Process and verify project-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.- Reconcile project costs and assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.- Coordinate with project managers to gather financial data and updates on project progress.- Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.- Assist with billing and invoicing for projects, ensuring timely and accurate client invoicing.- Review and verify the coding of project-related expenses to ensure proper allocation to the correct project.- Help prepare audit documentation and support during internal and external audits.- Assist in managing subcontractor billing and payments, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
