Consultant Engineer - Roof and Lateral Areas Vehicle Architecture (Packaging) - Altran for RenaultI worked as a Roof and Lateral Areas Architect on an EV project for Renault, following my previous experience on the upstream project period.Working closely with all project stakeholders, my role is to ensure the optimized integration of all equipments and systems required in the car for my dedicated area (Body side, closure systems, trims, roof and upper area). Thus, I am in charge of the geometrical constructions and work on performing architectural studies,using numerical models to meet targeted demands and criteria from all project's stakeholders (Design, Product, Ergonomy and Customer Performance departments...). Vehicle Perceived Quality Consultant Engineer for PSA Group at Vélizy Technical Center.Working for PSA Group, I was responsible for performing perceived quality analysis on all (interior/exterior) customer relevant parts for two current projects (Peugeot/DS) . My work was based on rebuilding up-to-date vehicle environment and performing numerical reviews of all new released 3D proposals from designers with a strong focus on ensuring perceived quality related criteria were taken into account. I worked within the framework of several projects during the Tooling Development phasis, and was the preferential contact between the PQ department and other stakeholders.My role involved to get solid knowledge of the company's previous projects as well as having a global vision of other automotive companies. I was in charge of detecting any PQ defects within 3D models and evaluating the criticity/risks based on the vehicle environment, product and design demands, process requirements, feasibility and regarding A-class models. Engineer Intern within the Body in White Department at Rolls Royce Motorcars Ltd, at the Goodwood Plant.- Support the Body in white team in communicating and feeding body quality related issues back to Dingolfing and Unterhollerau Plant (Germany). Steering the solving processes.-Improve the actual data measurement and analysis tools used by the department to measure the Defect per Unit ratio within the different areas in the plant.- Develop the actual rework tracker document used to track any reworks carried out on bodies in the plant and automate the system.- Create and Automate a body tracking system for internal tracking within the department.- Develop the communication and report systems within the department to ensure transparency and visibility between all team members in their work.-Review actual and create new process sheets to be used for future process confimations, for all processes employed in the Body In White Input and Paintshop Output areas in the plant.- Data mining and analysis of all reworks caused by Assembly Line and Paint shop departments to launch global improvement program within the plant to reduce the defects per unit ratio for these departments.- Take part to the new Phantom launching program by carrying current rework methods out on a particular body to develop and ensure validation of reworks methods on the new models.

Assistant Engineer Internship in Mechanical System Integration I have been involved in the A350 XWB project, on both -900 and -1000 aircrafts, in a Mechanical System Integration team specialized in checking and develoment of design solution for air conditioning systems, The team was responsible for forward and aft sections of the aircrafts.Here are several missions to which I have been assigned during these five months: -Development of design solutions on Catia V5 software, for the Centralized Air Extraction (CAX) system of the different monuments installed in the aircraft. This project was led only for -900 model. -Development of statistical studies about the effective use and connections of air inlets, by different customers from the global air network.This project was realised in order to reduce designing costs of main connection pipes in the aircrafts as well as reducing weight (Design To Cost) -Design Checks ,on Catia software and several databases from Airbus, of the air restrictors and interface points fixed by our department for the different layouts of the aircrafts. -Development of an existing database, simplified and more ergonomic, leading to a total working time for checking design solutions divided by 5. -Assigned to the complete check and validation of new design solutions via drawings, bills of materials, 3D software, corrosion checking and assembly drawings.Other Mission: I have been responsible for the weekly tracking and validation of actions for my department and responsible for the launch of weekly objectives during a development project of A350-1000 new interior configurations for low costs companies.These projects was led in collaboration with all departments specialized in Mechanical System Installation, in France and Germany.This internship has been done in both German and English languages.
