• Supervised construction of world’s first cycling specific wind tunnel to the specifications of the Wind Engineering Consultant.• Designed bicycle fixture turntable with frictionless multi-axis load cell measuring capability and 360 degree turning capability. Major improvements in several key areas of the fixture compared to the competitors.• Worked closely with the Software Engineering Consultant to select and implement data acquisition system and computing requirements.• Managed all post construction contractor work including extensive electrical and carpentry work in support of the fixture.• Responsible for all safety and maintenance protocols including preventative maintenance, lock out procedures, opening and closing protocols.• Planned and implemented high-end service department with state of the art tools, tool cabinets and furniture.

I provide this by both my quality craftsmanship and by maintaining strong relationships with the customers. Primarily I service bicycles including everything from basic maintenance to complex overhaul procedures. My strength as a salesperson is that I have gained a lot of product knowledge over the years and I am able to read people well in order to determine what their needs are when they come into the store.
