While working on my A.S degree, I volunteered at Mercy hospital, providing onsite IT support. I setup a new timekeeping system called Voltrack, that allowed 400 volunteers to clock in through the use of a touch screen. I trained the Volunteer manager on how to run reports and track all volunteer hours. I presented the new system to the Volunteer Board of directors and staff. I worked with the vendor to help create the volunteer user database. I created documentation on how to use the new system, with step by step instructions that was used by the volunteer staff. I supported and maintained the system. I helped the civil engineer manager with software issues and requests.
