As a Building Substitute I covered at least five courses a day. I was assigned teach three sections of eight grade life science. As an instructor I work hard to keep my students engaged and at the fore of my practice

As a humanity instructor I taught multiple sections of Social studies and English courses. I was also the Girls Volleyball coach both in the fall of 2021 and 2022

In four years of working at MSAD 41 I have taught over ten different courses; I personally designed three of these from scratch at the request of my principal. I have been a member of the scheduling committee since my first year. I helped to implement a schedule change in the middle of 2016 which often required working till 8 in the evening. I have the pleasure to act as the Dungeons and Dragons advisor and was the foreign trip advisor during the 2016-2017 school year.

Coming back for my fifth summer with John Hopkins I asked to be assigned to a new site to gain a better perspective on the entirety of John Hopkins CTY Summer Programs. As the most experienced Resident Assistant I was frequently called upon to lead and help train less experienced members of the staff. Junior members of the staff often consulted with me and I was chair of several weekend activity committees.

As a Tutor for Hillside Family Agencies it was my responsibility to be available to aid students in a wide range of academic activities in the wide ranging fields of Social Studies, English, and the Soft Sciences. These activities included: Homework, Research papers, Projects, and perhaps most importantly Regents Preparation. During my employment I was in charge of redesigning the curriculum for preparing students to take the U.S history regents.

LPP and STEP both recognize the importance of education. They also recognize that so many of our inner city school students miss out on this fundamental right and necessity. It was my job to bring my expertise in History, English, and the Soft Sciences to bear on this problem helping students to achieve better grades, better Regents scores, and a more successful life.

After my first year of working for the center of gifted and talented youth summer programs, I was asked to return for a second summer. As a returning Resident Assistant it was expected that new Resident Assistants could come to me for advice.

As an Resident Adviser It was my responsibility to help students thrive at the college level by fostering a community that it supportive of both academic rigor and personal growth

I worked on the Residential life staff, supporting gifted and Talented students in this intensive summer program. I was responsible for the safety and well being of 14 students. I helped to plan and lead daily activities designed to help kids to de stress from their courses.

As per the Jesuit Mission of taking classroom learning into the community I had the opportunity and the privilege to work at the Cathedral Academy as a Teaching Assistant in a third grade classroom, where I was frequently asked to teach Religion, mathematics, and Writing Composition
