A dynamic and self-motivated technology consultant and professional leader with 8+ years credible experience across professional services & the defence sector.Commercially minded, Tom specialises in digital transformation & innovation. He is currently a technology strategist in PwC’s Innovation & Technology team where he is responsible for helping clients build scalable innovation systems and programmes, alongside delivering complex digital transformation programmes.Prior to becoming a Consultant, Tom served as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army, training at the esteemed Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He is an experienced and accomplished leader, managing diverse teams, large projects, and training delivery across a variety of roles within the defence sector. An excellent communicator with a strong analytical mind, delivering success in complex, multi-stakeholder, and high-pressure cultures. Tom has been fortunate enough throughout his career to be exposed to some excellent senior mentors, and has developed a passion for mentoring and coaching others. He also has a keen professional and personal interest in Urbanism and the Space sector, and hopes to explore avenues that allow him to do more work in these areas.In his spare time he likes to run, read & write fiction. He is co-founder of Common Wines, a natural wine tasting supper club, that he started whilst he was in Australia.
