Role Description:Responsible for development and growth for the expansion of multiple chapters of Sigma Phi Epsilon. I lead marketing efforts to generate leads, own the full-cycle of recruitment for all new members and help a group create and foster organizational culture that sets the standards for not only fraternities, but student organizations on college campuses.Key Performance Indicators:- Managed a $100,000 start-up franchise project in states ranging from New York to Texas.- Provided hundreds of hours of onboarding and education to alumni groups across the country.-Help lead the team's marketing efforts, creating pieces that are distributed to on average 30,000 students.- Marketed scholarships by social media & drip campaigns to cultivate on average 250 prospects.- Was personally responsible for recruiting 80% of each respective chapter I started.- Develop and foster partnerships within a multitude of facets of a university that range from career development to physical health and wellness to academic counseling.- Analyzed data and lead development to develop a new sales strategy which helped expand my team's pipeline and leads list.
