I have been described by my family and friends as thoughtful, tenacious, resilient, and a critical thinker, which I can definitely quote because someone else has said it!If you were to ask my clients and work colleagues the same question, then they have variously said I am resilient, rabidly client focused, and a problem solver (once described as a 'fixer') which I enjoyed greatly.For over 20 years that I worked for the 3 biggest shop windows (Portals) for Estate Agents in the UK: Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk, and On the Market, and it will give you some idea of how much I love the industry. When you strip back all the fluff around the edges of our industry, we are actually doing a remarkable thing - finding people their homes, and often, new lives.I am now back looking after Independent Estate Agent, and feel like I am back home. I am helping FocalAgent carry the wonderful message of PropertyBox into the Midlands and Wales. I am either jumping on Teams calls to Demo PropertyBox, or I am dropping in branches to make sure my clients are getting the most from us.This year I remained part of Sharnbrook RUFC where I continue to run out for them most weekends at the lithe and nimble old age of 43. I am a prop who will not accept he has to be retired, I will always have one more season in me. Dad of 2 children who despite their young age (6 and 3) will probably end up taking over the world by their 12th, and 9th Birthday's, respectively.
