Direct responsibilities did include the supervision and build out (retrofit) of Manhattan's only purpose - built Data Center (Phase 1) at 375 Pearl Street. This 32 story - "Intergate Manhattan" provides 100,000 square feet of data center space and 5.4 Megawatts of power. Ultimately, Intergate will accomodate 40 Megawatts of critical data center capacity on 600,000 square feet of data center floor space. This facility is also supported by various chiller plants, major switch gear (power supplied by Con Ed - concrete encased feeders), and generator plants.

Responsibilities include all aspects of Project Management (submissions, logs, change orders, AIA Monthly billings, Meeting Minutes etc.) for high end Lobby, showrooms retrofit and commercial tenantbuild outs. Projects; numerous show rooms, individual clients.

Responsibilities include coordination and accountability of various aspects/trades including scope of work, bid analysis, procurement, value engineering, scheduling, cost control, client / vendor interaction, quality assurance and problem solving. Was assigned to 170 East End Avenue (Garden Homes Development). $250 million high end, 19 floors (core and shell) / interiors, apartments and amenities

Facilities Construction Project Management to the NYC Economic Development

This $250 million dollar project (soft/hard costs) incorporated a 23,500 seat stadium. Direct responsibilities assisted in build out of luxury suites, superstructure concrete, structural steel and pre-cast exterior curtain walls. Further responsibilities incorporated non-compliant/punch list issues for project close out.

Responsibilities included multiple construction projects consisting of budgets (mall-base building and Tenant). Total 1,000,000 Sq. Ft. Reviewed various documentation associated with lease agreements to determine scope of work for landlord work vs. tenant work on behalf of Ownership (Sumitomo Life Realty).Contract awards to various vendors through procurement per terms of lease(s) determined by General Counsel for build-out of tenant spaces. Complete monitoring throughout duration of project (start up, duration, substantial completion, punch list, sign-offs to project close out). Initiated project estimates for various capital projects. Provided feasibility studies for use of non-tenant spaces.

Responsibilities included direct corporate facilities construction management of various projectsranging from 1 to 6 million dollars in contract costs associated with the restack program (Strategic Space Planning). All necessary interior construction was associated with these moves. Further duties incorporated various retail tenant build outs on street level/access from main lobby.

Responsibilities included direct project management (interiors - commercials, residential, retail) with overall coordination, client interface, project fiscal management, scheduling for various clients.
