Global Trial Manager
CurrentWorking on two trials within the CKD area. The FLOW trial is an outcome trial investigating if TP works and REMODEL is a mode of action trial investigating why TP works. The latter trial is highly innovative and unique using gold standard MRi and biopsies of the kidneys (morphometrics and snRNAsequencing) to elucidate on the expected outcome of TP on the kidneys of the patients enrolled in the trial(s). Very exciting stuff and proud to be part of such innovative trials bringing change to the CKD area. Happy to work closely with MiKTMC (Prof. Kretzlers lab at Uni. of Michigan) experts in kidney biopsy bioinformatics.
