As an Account Manager my role is to ensure the growth of a group of 250+ accounts on prior Year to Date sales by being their first point of contact when they have a query or want to place an order.As well as being their account manager it helps me to build a good rapport with the customer and be more than just their point of contact, it pays to be a friend to the customer as well. I started out as an Inbound Telesales representative with ecommerce support as part of that role as well, after 6 months in the role I showed potential and was granted the opportunity to become an account manager, a role which I have carried on until now.
