Responsible for the daily management of a fleet of 100+ Aircraft that include C-152, C-172, Piper Arrow and Seneca's, C90 King Air series Aircraft and Robinson Helicopters used to provide Flight training to Student and Private Pilots at three separate locations in North Texas. Manage 60+ personnel, including Senior Managers, Avionics, A&P Mechanics, Parts and admin staffs. Maintain the Repair Station and establish and develop Organizational Maintenance, Safety, Osha, Supply, and related Company Property policies. Point of contact for FAA PMI visits and inspections. Manage the aircraft paint schedule and perform annual audits on all US Aviation maintenance related vendors. Flying hours in 2017 were 78,000 hours and 2018 exceeded 81,000 hours.

Grapevine, Texas

Responsible for contract administration, management, governmental affairs, government compliance programs and military, municipal, and government specific support programs for both domestic and international agencies. Oversee the contractual management of client engines through company maintenance/repair processes. Act as a primary managerial contact point between governmental entities/agencies, customers, sales managers, & other BBA/DAI operating groups, which specifically includes attending/participating in program management reviews with general officer/senior executive service personnel in various U.S. governmental agencies.

Fort Worth, Texas

Managed a World-Wide operation of 47 United States Air Force C-21A (Learjet 35A) aircraft flying from 9 Main Operating Bases (MOBs) and one Deployed Operating Location (DOL) program exceeds 15,000 annual flying hours. Responsible for complete logistics support to this dispersed high visibility fleet, such as organizational maintenance, aircraft and engine depot maintenance, and complete parts supply.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for the overall global operation and maintenance of 48 C-21A (Learjet 35A) United States Air Force logistics support aircraft. Develop solutions to organizational and operational problems; responsible for organizational management (development, staffing, and conflict); resource allocation. Direct and implement operational goals and objectives. Manage of a range of complex functions in which several projects may be in progress with simultaneous, multiple resource involvement. Direct a workforce of 80-100+ personnel. Work according to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company regulations policies and procedures, as well as certify airworthiness on the C-21A fleet of aircraft.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Provide support on technical and quality issues that arise in the field, performed audits at all sites. Monitor quality deficiency reports, training records and technical squawks. Train and develop all Site Supervisors in all aspects of day to day site management. Review and update policies and procedures and maintain technical data for the C-21A program.

Yokota Abs, Japan

Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of four C-21A (Learjet 35A) United States Air Force logistics support aircraft in Pacific Air Force Command (PACAF). Oversee all tasks associated with the day-to-day operation of the site and maintenance scheduling, which includes daily aircraft status reports, work schedules, monitoring and assuring parts and supplies are at adequate operating levels, quality deficiency reporting, and total maintenance and operational planning.

Yokota Ab, Japan

Accomplished maintenance on six 152, 172, 210 Cessna Aircraft and accomplished inspections in accordance with FAA regulations. Maintained and managed aircraft parts inventory. Instructed and trained part-time personnel on proper maintenance procedures, preventative maintenance, and proper FAA logbook documentation.

Yokota Abs, Japan

Employed as a technician then within one year promoted to Shift Chief to supervise and train up to six individuals on all aspects of the UH1N Bell 212 Helicopter. Duties included airframe and power plant rigging, avionics, and flight line maintenance.

Duties involved the build-up of the T56-A-7/15 and GTC 85-71A engines. Responsible for the supervision of personnel and insured quality training on engines, nacelles, reduction gearbox assemblies, propellers, and turbines. Performed flight line maintenance on C-130 aircraft to include replacement of propellers, engines and Auxiliary Power unit. Separated from the United States Air Force with an Honorable Discharge.
