In addition with roles of line cook, I was promoted and became a oven operator and pizza maker. Over time, I became a voice others could listen to in order to find out how to do something or if it was being/had been done correctly.

In my first of many roles at Spitony's, as Line cook we would grill, top, and make subs and sandwiches with high quality and timeliness.

Led campers aged 6-13 through instruction of summer baseball camp. Instructed and trained junior counselors in different roles.

I umpired as a Field Umpire in my initial role. Progressed to the role of Head Umpire (behind the plate) for 4 years.
