CurrentOncology Clinical Trial Assistant involved in the coordination and execution of several Breast Cancer clinical trials. overseeing activities from initial setup, maintenance, to successful close-out across phase I to phase III. Supporting the enrollment of patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining meticulous trial documentation.Some of my key responsibilities include the maintenance of Trial Master Files (TMF), management of system access, oversight & management of site finance, and facilitation of study amendments.Key achievements:- Contributed to the development of new processes as a TMF subject matter expert- Contributed to the enhancement of Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting processes- Conducted training sessions on eTMF Quality Check (QC), Amendment processes, and SAE reporting for various job roles
