Main Responsibilities: • Idolising and implementing strategic projects with a focus on cost improvement and customer experience. • Developing Capacity Assessments of our Distribution Centre Portfolio, ensuring right size operations and capabilities are employed throughout the EMEA region. • Assessment of the business model and ideation for optimisation across the network • Supporting the head of strategy to ensure we are fulfilling our OTIF-D performance targets.Additional Responsibilities: • Supporting the Director of Customer Service. Providing insights into how to improve our customer experience with a specific focus on reducing backorder numbers across the EMEA region. • Collaborating with our analytics team to provide dashboards for internal use within our business and also external use to improve the visibility for key accounts and stakeholders.

• Responsible for optimising ERP systems for EMEA.• Main focus on improving supply chain operations to increase customer satisfaction• Producing, Automating and Understanding Key KPI metrics to feed to the deliver team within the business• Managing and assisting new projects to comply with customer expectations and legal legislations• Collaborating with 6 key DC's run by our 3PL partners across EMEA. This includes constant communication and alignment on the expectations the company have of our 3PL's from fulfilling our SLA's set by customers all the way to complying with strict quality standards set out from the Business.

Key Responsibilities included: • Complying to strict country level legislations. • Reporting Inventory levels to senior management • Testing and assuring the products met quality standards set out by the business • Meeting strict deadlines for new product development • Assisting customers queries on installing and using our products

Founded during my studies at university. This company is a clothing brand based around raising awareness for Men's Mental Health, with 25% of profits going to charity.Main Responsibilities included: • End-to-end product development from conceptualisation to the customers door. • Forecasting inventory needs and working with suppliers to ensure these needs were met • Creating systems within the business to ensure on time in full delivery to our customers. • Fundraising - where I secured two key fundraising prizes for the business, winning the Santander and Cardiff University Entrepreneurship Awards.

I was awarded the DSV Panalpina and PARC institution award for my Dissertation/Live research project. For my final year MSc dissertation project, I worked with DSV Panalpina to focus on identifying opportunities for the development of local airports to improve global supply chains and connectivity. I specifically looked at how regional airports can be utilised and how the cargo tonnage through regional airports can be increased. The example chosen was Cardiff Airport and how DSV Panalpina could utilise the capacity in the airport to create more global and dynamic supply chain within it’s operations.
