Five month MSc industrial placement at a multinational pharmaceuticals company who develop, manufacture and distribute pharmaceutical products. Thesis concentrated on a gap assessment for DSEAR (Dangerous Substances Atmosphere Regulations 2002) to create a new solvent-based synthesis line for the site.
