• Secure funding at local, state, and federal levels• Develop and lead training programs for staff and participants • Development and fiscal management budget • Write, manage, and report on a wide array of grants• Execute contracts and agreements• Project planning and implementation• Supervise 4 program coordinators, 25 to 30 field staff, 220 seasonal employees/members

• Lead Northwest Youth Corps annual partnership development campaign• Successfully transitioned the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Stimulus) funded OutDoor Oregon program to a fee for service model• Design and Manage Community Conservation Corps (AmeriCorps) program • Development and fiscal management of a $1.2 million budget • Supervise program coordinators, 25 to 30 field staff, 80 young adults (AmeriCorps Members), while serving 150 youth each year in statewide programming• Lead trainings, including seasonal field staff, chainsaw, and restoration trainings• Additional duties include management of Summer Camp (2010 -2012), Corps Respond Program (2010), Educational Farm (2010-2012) and AmeriCorps Interns (2012-2015)

• Managed 16 adult and youth conservation work crews throughout Arizona• Supervised 12 staff and 112 AmeriCorps Members• Primary staff member involved in strategic planning, budget development and administration of field operations• Coordinated efficient and effective project implementation• Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all field programs

• Solicited, set up, and executed agreements and projects with Forest Service, Park Service, and other state and federal land agencies • Hired, trained, and managed 16 seasonal staff • Supervised 12 work & education crews of ten teenagers and two adult leaders each year
