Set up and Break down of grills and cooking equipment, preparation and distribution of food, manage cash, travel to event locations throughout NC and SC

Plant turf grass, bushes, shrubs, trees, flowers and other plants at their proper depth and in a strategic pattern, install walkways, patios, outdoor lighting, sprinklers or other irrigation systems and decks, level out sloped areas, set up water features like ponds, fountains and waterfalls, clear out overgrown vegetation, use of several types of power or hand tools including but not limited to chain saws, lawn mowers, tractors, clippers and trimmers. In addition to creating landscapes and outdoor areas, I had to maintain them as well by pruning, mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing , watering, spraying plants, trees and grass with pesticides to control destructive insects and diseases, and clearing away any trash or garden debris.*Unfortunately, Parker Landscaping went out of business. I thoroughly enjoyed working as a landscaper.

Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc. Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc. Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc., maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc., cleaning dishes, silverware, glasses, plus the pots, pans and other cooking utensils used in preparing food
