Production supervisor engineer that uses logic and scientific theories to manage the safe production of soybean oil. Over see the day to day operations of 3 departments: prepping of the soybean, extraction of the oil and loading out the meal.Uses time management to work to ensure daily needs are met but also make sure have a production schedule set a head and confirmed with upper management, merchants and logistics.

Worked as a co-op with a sales engineer working out of two paper mills in the Duluth Area. Used OSI PI Software to data mine and trouble shoot vendor responsible systems or when asked upon. Gained time management skills through conducting lab studies as a service supplied to the company that used our products.
