I oversaw a team of approximately 30 Canola Roguers and was in charge of their training, oversight, motivation, and safety in an assortment of weather conditions, ground conditions, and interpersonal stressors. I was also in charge of all paperwork essential to this role including vehicle inspections, incident reports, attendance, and payroll forms.

I worked with teenagers with disabilities and their families in achieving personal and behavioral goals, utilizing both in-home and out-of-home structured programming. The program that I oversaw utilized Dungeons and Dragons to encourage teenagers to practice social skills, cooperation, problem-solving, budgeting, and other practical life skills.
