• Lead projects from storyboard to design to debugging deliverables, working on team sizes of 2-10 for short and long term projects (days to months), for LTEN Excellence award winning interactive technology products. • Coordinating closely with interdisciplinary teams and clients such as J&J, DuPont, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and AbbVie to increase their customer acquisition and, in some cases, greatly reduce their operating costs. • Direct the creation of large scale 3D designs, including characters, rigging, environment/level, and Unity assembly largely for augmented and virtual reality application and WebGL.• Direct the creation of 2D designs and video productions, including motion graphics, web animations, and user interface and UX design for our interactive technology products.• Design and manage a photo-based modeling and texturing pipeline for 3D asset creation, achieving a cost-cutting solution for future products that is still in use today.
