Million Dollar Revenue Store in 12 of the last 13 years. Methodically set projections followed up with use of daily P & L ledgers, making necessary adjustments to meet final objectives. Hired seven employees who were later promoted to Store Manager positions within Company. Continually and consistently oversee and provide effective training and development for all coworkers.
